Submit songs you'd like to see added to our Song Store, vote on existing submissions and see updates from the Playground Sessions team on the status of the requests!

RIGHTS PENDING - the requested song is not yet covered by our publishing agreements, but we'll keep an eye out for updates!
RIGHTS SECURED - the requested song is covered by our publishing agreements, but hasn't been pushed into production.
ON HOLD - the requested song is covered by our publishing agreements and is being optimized for the app.
IN PROGRESS - we are on it! The song has been added to our production schedule!

  1. "War of Hearts" (Acoustic Version) by Ruelle (Shadowhunters song)

    (I'm fairly certain I've heard this song in multiple teenage series on Netflix. It was in Shadowhunters for sure.)
    I think this would also be great for playground sessions. It's a (piano) song that in its original version isn't too difficult for less advanced players to learn. I really think we need more of these songs that aren't just watered down versions from the originals.

  2. "In the cold light of morning" by Placebo

    If you don't know the song yet, I would encourage you to listen to it! I think it would be a great addition to Playground Session, it has some nice chords and it is probably not too difficult for intermediate players. I am always searching for songs that are not too hard to play but also do not sound like a watered down version of the original. That's my main pet peeve with many songs on Playground Sessions.

  3. "Protège Moi" / "Protect me from what I want" by Placebo

    I'm surprised nobody has requested this one yet!
    This song exists in french and in english, which is why I added both names to the title. I'd honestly be happy with any Placebo song. "Centrefolds" and "In the cold light of morning" would also be really great.

    YouTube it and love it. This is the song you’ll want to play in a loop for friends on vacation. I believe it’s Argentinian, and it’s representative of their culture’s style of music.
