The spacebar behaves strangely as a hotkey (MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019) - macOS 12.2.1)
Pressing the spacebar starts the playhead moving, but it doesn't start the backing track, the play button at the top of the page doesn't turn into a pause button, and the playback is unpredictable. Sometimes the playback starts at the beginning, sometimes it starts at the beginning but then marks notes later in the piece as incorrect, sometimes it starts in the middle of the piece. Additionally, it seems to register as an incorrectly played note- the E♭, 6 spaces above the top of the bass clef staff.
7 votesYou can now utilize the spacebar to play/pause music in the lesson player.

Please keep the Last Played date for My Songs that the old Mac app had. It helps me know which songs I haven't practiced in a while.

Have PGS Disable Mac's Screen Saver
I have to remember to disable my Mac's screen saver each time I start PGS. If ever I forget, as I often use the piano keyboard to navigate, my screen saver kicks in (usually in the middle of a song).
I know that other apps (like MainStage) allow me the option to disable my screen saver. I would like to see that option in PGS.6 votesYour computer will no longer go to sleep while using the app.
