Dark Mode
The App need a "Dark Mode" setting.
I know this can be very difficult to add, specially on the music sheets.
But if you want us to spend long periods of time looking to a display with a white background, you should take in count that the blue light will cause symptoms of digital eyestrain.If we look to the competitor Melodics, this is not an issue.

Does not give score after every practice
After some practices there is no score given

Doesn’t keep track of time played accurate
Needs to keep time correctly in dashboard of what you’ve played. Instead of just 7day, 30 day, etc, a daily tracker would help

Option to Reset Progress
I'd like an option to reset all my statistics and previous progress to be able to start fresh after a long break. I currently have to keep a separate list outside the app to know where I'm up to as it shows lessons as completed that I completed a long time ago (and have long since forgot thus the need to start again).

I cannot sign in
Hi.
I'm a former user who LOVED the idea of Playground Sessions but was unable to get the old application and lessons to sync properly with my device. Tech support was wonderful and patient, but we couldn't get it to work.
I was invited to try the beta and am eager to see if this issue has been addressed. If so, I'm going to sign up again!
Unfortunately, with Version 3.0.39 of the new app, I cannot sign in. When I tried to create an account, clicking on the "Create account" button (after filling in the info) got no response.…

I hate the teaching videos now.
The carpets, the mirror, the room! I think you guys wanted a more home feel, but I prefer the old videos with the just white background. Maybe you guys can tone down the back ground in the videos.

Display as much information about settings as possible
There should be a status bar or something similar that provides as much information as possible and doesn't force users to check dropdowns to see settings. Examples: which playback hands are selected, tempo, metronome on/off, backing track on/off, etc.

Add Toolbar Button for Chord Reference Position
I believe that the "old" app placed chord references below the staff and the "new" app puts them in the middle of the staff. Suggest a user setting on the toolbar for this. Might consider off, above, between and below or even add a selection for guitar or other such notation that often appears with the chord reference.

Store and return to ALL user settings per song, course or bootcamp
When I return to the 2nd day of the Fur Elise challenge and was working on the 4th lesson yesterday, please, take me immediately to the 4th lesson. Also, set L/R hand playback and tempo and metronome and volumes and everything else to the same settings they were at when this lesson was last played.
Settings must be stored locally and should be immediately updated when any change is made.
Please, apply to each point that allows a user to reach the music; My Songs, Courses, Bootcamp, etc.
Would also be nice to give users access to the default template…

Song View
In the old app, the full song view would look like the printed score, making it easier to read the music, anticipating the next line, etc. If you zoomed in, it simply made the entire score a little larger, but it did not change where the measures appeared on the page. I find the newer app much more confusing because the song reads like a long continuous line, instead of a consistent sheet of music. Can you at least have a button to choose how you would like to read the music?

Previous score remains on screen when i hit the space bar.
When i finish playing a song my score show up on the screen. Next when I hit the space bar I can replay the song, but the score remains displayed on my screen, so I cannot see what to play. In the existing app the score disappears, similar as when hitting the C key on your keyboard.

Reverb volume missing
Should bring back the volume for the Reverb or wetness / dryness balance in the settings menu. Really helpful when you are practicing in a room with lots of reflections.

Piano tone on held notes has no decay and should eventually fade out as opposed to sustained noise.

Tied notes are incorrectly scored.
MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2021), chip: Apple M1 Max, running Monterey. When the second note in a tied note is encountered, it is marked in red and scored as an error, even if I correctly hold the note the combined duration of the first and second notes. Thus, the Beta version of the app is, for me, unusable until this problem is fixed. I will be using the old app until this defect is corrected.

Selecting menu item File/Exit causes abnormal termination and dump in Mac's error dialog.
MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2021), chip: Apple M1 Max, running Monterey. I have not been able to reproduce the defect. Dump available upon request.

Buttons in introductory dialogs display overlayed "tags" marked with letters
MacBook Pro (16-inch 2021), Apple M1 Max chip, running Monterey. Although this is only a cosmetic defect, it looks pretty strange. The letter 'C' is displayed on Previous buttons, 'D' on Next Buttons, and 'B' next to the 'X' in the upper-right corner of the dialogs used to exit the windows. Each letter is displayed within an icon that looks like a "tag". These letters don't seem to act as shortcut keys, but clicking on the tags does trigger their associated buttons.

Ghost Notes
In the Rookie Bootcamp, in the Song "In The End" there is a "ghost" note in the first measure that is not visible but at the end of the playback the Beta App says I'm missing a note even though I played all the "Visible notes". Also I'm getting a Score of 94 even though I played all the notes correctly.

My Songs - sorting option and search needed
These two features are absolutely essential. Sort by artist name, track title, last played, date added, stars earned, and a search option too. As someone else mentioned, let us view as a smaller list too, not just the giant thumbnails.

Annie's Song - Intermediate
On Annie's Song, the beat of the music is correct, but the moving bar is operating at twice the speed. This seems to be happening in all lessons for this song. (MacBook Pro 2015, OS Catalina 10.15.7)
